AstroHeal — Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between You and us, QuickCuts Video Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at 3/8, Second Floor, Asaf Ali Road, Darya Ganj, Central Delhi, New Delhi, Delhi, India, 110002 (“Our”, “We”, “Us”, “QuickCuts”), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India.

These Terms apply to all persons who access and use the “AstroHeal” app (“AstroHeal App”) (“You”, “Your”, “User”) and are therefore required to read, understand, and accept the Terms.

Acceptance of the Terms and Usage of the AstroHeal App

By accessing, and/or using the AstroHeal App in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the AstroHeal App, You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms and all other rules and/or policies that may be published from time to time on the AstroHeal App by Us, including the Privacy Policy which is incorporated herein by reference and which may be updated by Us from time to time at Our sole discretion. If You do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the AstroHeal App.

After downloading the AstroHeal App, You shall be required to enter Your mobile number which will be authenticated by a One Time Password (OTP) verification process. In order for a Reading (as defined below) to be generated, You will additionally be required to provide Your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender, marital status and occupation (collectively, “Personal Details”). Each category of information is collected on the basis of Your specific, informed and unambiguous consent, obtained separately at the point of collection, in the manner set out in the Privacy Policy. The information provided by You will be used for the generation of Readings and for identity verification, fraud prevention, and account authentication.

Our AstroHeal App and Content is intended for Users who have attained the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If You use the AstroHeal App, it shall be assumed that You meet the age of majority. We do not knowingly permit persons below age of majority to register for or use the AstroHeal App, and We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where We have reason to believe that the User is below the age of majority. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account and for all activities under Your account.

Nature of Services and Disclaimer

Upon successful verification, You will have access to AstroHeal App, through which You may submit questions and receive astrological interpretations, reflections, horoscope and birth charts, and responses generated on the basis of Your Personal Details and Your questions (collectively, “Readings”), together with articles, panchang and calendar data, images, graphics, and other material made available on the AstroHeal App (collectively, “Content”).

The AstroHeal App delivers Readings through a combination of human astrologers, classical astrological knowledge, proprietary technological and artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems. The substantive astrological content underlying the Readings is derived from classical and other astrological texts, principles and reference material, while technology is used to interpret Your Personal Details, apply those principles to Your query, and present the results in a personalised, clear and readable form. Readings may be delivered through automated systems, through human astrologers, or through a combination of both, as We may determine from time to time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or suitability of any Reading or of any Content, whether generated by human experts or by Our proprietary technology.

Readings are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrology is not an exact science. AstroHeal provides Vedic astrology-based guidance for informational and entertainment purposes only. AstroHeal’s Astrologer is an AI-guided experience and does not depict or represent a real or living person. Readings are generated through use of AI, may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent, and must not be relied upon as a statement of fact or as a prediction of any actual outcome. Readings do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional advice of any nature whatsoever, including legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other professional advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. AstroHeal does not respond to certain categories of questions that are not permitted under applicable law or Our policies. Astrological interpretations are inherently subjective and may vary between astrologers, between sessions, and between the AstroHeal App and any other source. No prediction made through the AstroHeal App is guaranteed, and past accuracy, if any, is not indicative of future accuracy. Interpretations are based on astrological principles and may vary; they should not be treated as guaranteed, certain, or scientifically established predictions of any actual outcome, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any readings, predictions or insights and AstroHeal accepts no liability for actions taken by the user based on app outputs. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, event or life experience. You are solely responsible for any decision You take, or refrain from taking, on the basis of a Reading. No advice, statement or information, whether oral or written, obtained by You from the AstroHeal App or from any Reading shall create any warranty, representation or undertaking not expressly set out in these Terms.

Synthetically Generated Content and Labelling

Certain elements of the AstroHeal App, including the astrologer persona, avatar, imagery and voice presented to You, are synthetically generated and do not depict a real or identifiable living person. Where any Content on the AstroHeal App constitutes synthetically generated information, it is labelled and identified as such in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended from time to time. You shall not remove, obscure, alter, suppress or otherwise tamper with any such label, watermark or embedded metadata identifier.

Use of Data for Training and Improvement of Our Systems

By using the AstroHeal App, You acknowledge and agree that We may use Your Personal Details, the questions and messages You submit, and the Readings generated for You (collectively, “Your Data”) to train, fine-tune, test, and improve Our proprietary astrological and technological systems, including any underlying artificial intelligence or machine learning models used to generate Readings (“Our Systems”). Wherever feasible, We will use Your Data for this purpose in a de-identified or aggregated form. Where Your Data is used in a form that identifies You, such use is governed by, and Your consent to it is obtained in the manner set out in, Our Privacy Policy. Improvements made to Our Systems using Your Data may benefit Us generally and may be applied across the AstroHeal App, including for the benefit of other Users.

Restricted Subject Matter

The AstroHeal App is not designed to, and does not, provide Readings in respect of the matters set out below, and We reserve the right to decline, filter, restrict or refuse to respond to any query relating to: (a) the sex or gender of a foetus, unborn child or future child, in compliance with the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994; (b) the date, timing, manner, cause or likelihood of the death of You or of any other person, or the diagnosis, prognosis, or timing of any serious illness; (c) any specific security, stock, fund, trade or investment recommendation, or any other content which would constitute “investment advice” within the meaning of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013; (d) advice in relation to any specific legal proceeding, contract, notice or legal position, or any other content which would constitute the practice of law within the meaning of the Advocates Act, 1961; (e) the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease, disorder, or medical or mental health condition; and (f) anything banned or not allowed under applicable laws. The absence of a response to a particular query does not constitute an acknowledgement or validation of the underlying premise.

Remedies

Any remedy, mantra, uccharan, ritual, gemstone, yantra, or similar suggestion contained in or accompanying a Reading (“Remedies”) is drawn from traditional astrological practice and is offered solely as a matter of faith, custom and personal belief. No Remedy is represented, warranted, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical or mental health condition, and no Remedy is a substitute for qualified medical, psychiatric or psychological care. Nothing on the AstroHeal App is intended to constitute, or shall be construed as, an advertisement of a magic remedy within the meaning of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954.

Wellbeing and Crisis Situations

The AstroHeal App is not a crisis, counselling, emergency or healthcare service. We do not hold Ourselves out as, and do not undertake to act as, a provider of counselling, therapy, psychiatric or mental healthcare services, and We do not undertake to provide solutions or guidance to any User in respect of any mental health condition. Where a query submitted by You relates to self-harm, suicide, or a mental health crisis, the AstroHeal App will not provide a substantive Reading and will instead direct You to appropriate professional and crisis support resources. If You are in distress, You should contact a qualified medical professional or an appropriate helpline immediately.

License and Payment Terms

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, We hereby grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revokable license to use the Content available and Readings generated for You on the AstroHeal App solely for Your personal use.

Paid Services

The AstroHeal App offers certain features on payment (“Paid Services”/“Services”). New Users are entitled to a Free Allowance as described below, following which access to further use of the AstroHeal App is available only as a Paid Service. Paid Services may include personalised consultations with the astrologer persona, detailed reports, priority responses etc. We may, at Our sole discretion, modify the scope of the Paid Services, and may introduce, modify or withdraw any Service at any time. By opting for Paid Services, You agree:

  • to provide current, complete and accurate registration and Personal Details, and to maintain and update the same;
  • that You are availing the Paid Services for Your own personal, non-commercial use;
  • that You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through Your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and OTP; and
  • that the Services are provided for entertainment purposes only, and that We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or suitability of any Reading or other Content, whether generated through Our proprietary technological systems or delivered by a human astrologer.

Free Allowance

Each new User is entitled to a one-time free allowance of Paid Services, being the first 3 (three) questions submitted, or the first 3 (three) minutes of consultation, as applicable to the billing model then in effect (“Free Allowance”). The Free Allowance is available once per User account and is not transferable, renewable, or redeemable for cash or credit. No amount is charged to You, and no payment instrument is required to be provided by You, in order to avail the Free Allowance. Upon exhaustion of the Free Allowance, the Paid Service will pause, and We will display to You a notice setting out the applicable rate per Billing Unit. No further charge will be incurred unless You affirmatively confirm Your intention to continue.

Charges for Paid Services

Paid Services are charged on a usage basis, calculated by reference to per minute of consultation / per question submitted / per report generated (“Billing Unit”). The applicable rate per Billing Unit, and the manner in which usage is measured, will be displayed to You within the AstroHeal App before You commence a Paid Service, and You will be required to confirm the same before charges are incurred. Rates are subject to revision at Our discretion, and any revised rate will apply only to Paid Services availed after the revised rate is displayed to You. All amounts are inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

Wallet and Recharge

In order to avail Paid Services charged on a per-minute basis, You must first add funds to a prepaid wallet maintained within Your account (the “Wallet”). You may recharge Your Wallet through any payment method made available within the AstroHeal App, in such denominations as are offered from time to time. Once a session commences, the applicable charge will be debited from Your Wallet balance on a per-minute basis for the duration of the session, calculated at the rate per Billing Unit displayed to You before the session begins. Charges are debited in real time as the session progresses.

Where Your Wallet balance is insufficient to continue a session, the session will pause and You will be prompted to recharge. No session will continue, and no charge will be incurred, once Your Wallet balance is exhausted. Your Wallet balance will not go into negative, and We will not debit any payment instrument of Yours without a recharge initiated by You.

Wallet balances are non-transferable, cannot be transferred to another User or account, and cannot be redeemed for cash except as expressly set out under Refunds below.

Refunds for Paid Services

Amounts debited in respect of Paid Services actually availed by You are non-refundable. No refund shall be payable on the ground that You are dissatisfied with, disagree with, or consider inaccurate, any Reading delivered to You. A refund or Wallet credit may be considered, at Our discretion, only in the following circumstances:

  • a session was interrupted, disconnected or could not be completed due to a technical failure attributable to the AstroHeal App;
  • an amount was debited from Your Wallet or payment instrument without the corresponding Paid Service being delivered to You at all;
  • an amount was debited in excess of Your actual usage, measured in Billing Units;
  • a duplicate or unauthorised debit occurred, verified on investigation; or
  • a failure or error in payment occurred due to a technical issue attributable to the third-party payment gateway;
  • a recharge amount was debited from Your payment instrument but was not credited to Your Wallet.

No refund shall be payable where the interruption or failure arises from Your internet connectivity, Your device, or any other cause not attributable to Us.

Where approved, refunds will be credited to Your Wallet, or at Our discretion to Your original payment method, within 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of confirmation. A refund request must be raised at astroheal@quickcuts.ai within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the debit, setting out the date and time of the session, the amount debited, and the nature of the failure.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

We may, at Our sole discretion, offer discounts, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers, either on special occasions or as part of marketing campaigns. The terms, availability, and duration of such discounts will be determined by Us and may be subject to change without prior notice. Discounts cannot be clubbed with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Changes to Content & Features & Language

We continuously enhance Our services by introducing new features, improving Our offerings, and occasionally retiring features that may no longer be effective. As a result, the availability of certain Content, Readings, products, or services within your subscription may change over time.

The AstroHeal App is currently provided in the Hindi and English language. We may, at Our sole discretion, make the AstroHeal App available in other languages in the future. However, We do not guarantee the availability of any additional languages.

Usage of AstroHeal App and Restrictions

  • You shall ensure that any information that You provide, including during registration, is true, accurate, complete and updated;
  • You confirm that the Personal Details and all other information provided by You are true, accurate and complete, and You acknowledge that a Reading is generated solely on the basis of the information provided by You.
  • You will only use the AstroHeal App, Content or Readings for non-commercial and personal purposes;
  • You will not use the AstroHeal App or any Content or Readings provided thereof or any Creative for any purpose that is illegal, unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement;
  • You will not use the Content or Creative for unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent purposes;
  • You will not sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer any Content or Creative to third parties;
  • You will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works from the AstroHeal App or its Content or Readings beyond the intended use as per these Terms;
  • You will not confer any of Your rights to any third parties;
  • You shall not use automated tools like web crawlers, web robots, web scutters, ants, automatic indexers, bots, worms, and other such devices to extract Content or in connection with Your usage of the AstroHeal App;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any part of the AstroHeal App or interfere with any other party’s use of the AstroHeal App;
  • You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain any Content through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the AstroHeal App;
  • You shall not post or transmit any worms, viruses, Trojans, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files, code, or programs to the AstroHeal App;
  • You shall not impersonate any other person, or falsely represent Yourself as another person or as a representative of another person, when using the AstroHeal App;
  • You shall not use or submit any information including but not limited to name, Personal Details or photograph that belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right when using the AstroHeal App;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App to generate, or attempt to elicit, any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually exploitative, or that facilitates the trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any person, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or that provides instructions, guidance or assistance facilitating violence or the commission of any crime, regardless of how the query is framed, otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App to generate, or attempt to elicit, any content that is harmful to child. We have zero tolerance for any content relating to the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. Any account found to have sought such content will be suspended or terminated immediately and without notice, and We will report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in accordance with Our obligations under applicable laws;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App to generate, or attempt to elicit, any content that will infringe any patent, trademark, copyright, privacy, publicity rights or other proprietary rights of any third party;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App to generate, or attempt to elicit, any content that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;
  • You shall comply with the applicable laws on data protection and shall not use any personal identifiable information of any other person without their consent including in any Personal Details or other information submitted by You. You shall not use the AstroHeal App to seek the personal, private or identifying information of any third party, including their location, contact details, or other identifying information, and We do not undertake to disclose or generate such information in response to any query;
  • You shall not remove or alter any watermarks, copyright notices, or ownership marks on the Content or Readings;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App to seek, elicit or attempt to obtain any prediction, indication or disclosure of the sex or gender of a foetus, unborn child or future child, whether in respect of Yourself or any other person;
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App to seek, elicit or attempt to obtain any prediction as to the death, or the diagnosis, prognosis or timing of any serious illness, of Yourself or of any other person;
  • You shall not rely upon, or hold Us responsible for reliance upon, any Reading as legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, psychiatric or psychological advice;
  • You shall not present, publish, circulate or otherwise represent any Reading or other Content generated by the AstroHeal App as having been created by a human being, or as being anything other than AI-generated content; and
  • You shall not use the AstroHeal App, or any Reading, to make or support any claim in relation to a named third party, or to harass, defame, stalk, threaten or cause harm to any person.

We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to decline, filter, restrict or refuse to respond to any query or request that We consider inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the intended purpose of the AstroHeal App, whether or not it falls within the categories listed above.

No Guarantee & Refund

We do not guarantee that any Reading will be accurate, complete, reliable, or that it will meet Your expectations, and no Reading is warranted to correspond to any actual past, present or future event. We shall not be liable for any dissatisfaction, perceived inaccuracy or inadequacy of any readings, and no refunds or claims shall be entertained on this basis.

Intellectual Property

Your use of the AstroHeal App and Content is, and at all times shall be, governed by and subject to the laws regarding copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret ownership and use of intellectual property. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and do not hold any responsibility for any violations of any intellectual property rights by You. You shall be solely responsible for any violations of any laws and for any infringements of any intellectual property rights caused by Your use of the AstroHeal App or Content or Readings through Your device.

Ownership of the AstroHeal App & Content & Readings

All trademarks, brands and service marks of the AstroHeal App are Our sole property. In addition, We own and retain all the intellectual property rights to all the Content, Readings, interpretations, algorithms, underlying reference material, templates, and design assets, and have requisite license to provide the AstroHeal App and Content to You. In addition, all intellectual property rights in the Content and Readings shall vest with Us upon their creation and shall remain Our intellectual property in perpetuity and worldwide. By virtue of agreeing to this Agreement with Us, You do not acquire any rights in Our intellectual property, except for as specifically set out in these Terms. Some Content may be sourced from third parties. We do not guarantee its availability or usage rights beyond the scope of the AstroHeal App.

Payment Gateway

You acknowledge and agree that payments made on the AstroHeal App are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Therefore, when You make a purchase, You may additionally enter into a separate contract with the respective third-party payment gateway. By using the payment services, You are subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and other applicable policies of the respective payment gateway provider. We do not control or assume liability for the services provided by the payment gateway, including but not limited to payment processing errors, delays, or failures.

It is Your responsibility to review and comply with the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider before making any payment. By proceeding with the payment, You consent to sharing the necessary information required for payment processing with the payment gateway provider.

In the event of any disputes or issues related to payment processing, You agree to contact the payment gateway provider directly for resolution. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of or in connection with Your use of the third-party payment gateway services.

Termination and Account Suspension

We may suspend, restrict or terminate Your account, access to AstroHeal App or any associated services at any time without notice to You under the following circumstances:

  • You breach or violate these Terms, Privacy Policy or any other applicable policies.
  • You submit misleading/incorrect information.
  • You fail to make timely payments towards your subscription fees, or any other paid features;
  • Your use of the AstroHeal App violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or involves fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct;
  • Your use of the AstroHeal App creates legal, financial, reputational, or security risk to us, other users, or third parties;
  • You misuse, exploit, or manipulate the AstroHeal App’s Content, Readings, subscription model, or services in any way contrary to the intended use;
  • You behave in an abusive, threatening, obscene or unreasonable manner during any session;
  • We are required to do so by law (for example, where the access to and/or provision of AstroHeal App to You becomes unlawful); or
  • We decide to discontinue, modify or replace the AstroHeal App or any of its features or services.

Consequences of Termination or Suspension

If Your account is suspended or terminated:

  • You will lose access to Your account and any purchased, created, or saved Content or Readings.
  • You will not be entitled to any refunds, credits, or reimbursements for unused portions of a subscription or purchased Content.
  • We may retain or delete any data associated with Your account, subject to applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
  • You may be barred from re-registering for the AstroHeal App in the future.

Termination by You

You may delete Your account at any time from within the AstroHeal App under: Profile > Delete Account. Alternatively, You may request termination of Your account by sending an email to astroheal@quickcuts.ai with Your registered details, or by using our Contact Us form. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the AstroHeal App and Content will cease immediately.
  • Any subscription fees already paid will not be refunded, except as required by applicable laws.
  • We may continue to retain certain information as per Our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how We collect and use Your data. By using the AstroHeal App, You agree to Our data practices.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

THE ASTROHEAL APP, READINGS AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PART OF THE ASTROHEAL APP, READINGS AND CONTENT, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE ASTROHEAL APP, READINGS AND CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ASTROHEAL APP, READINGS OR CONTENT PROVIDED WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PURPOSE OR THAT IT DOES NOT INFRINGE THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, FINANCIAL LOSS, MISSED OPPORTUNITY OR OTHER CONSEQUENCE ARISING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN OR NOT TAKEN BY YOU IN RELIANCE ON ANY READING, REMEDY, OR OTHER CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE ASTROHEAL APP.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, COSTS OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE ASTROHEAL APP, READINGS OR CONTENT. WE SHALL ALSO NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LINKED OR INTEGRATED INTO THE ASTROHEAL APP.

Our aggregate liability to You arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, any Reading, Remedy or other Content, or Your use of the AstroHeal App, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by You for Paid Services in the 3 (three) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the name and contact details of Our Grievance Officer are as follows:

The Grievance Officer may be contacted in respect of any complaint regarding the AstroHeal App, any Content or Reading, or any breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy. We shall acknowledge Your complaint in accordance with applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Us, and Our subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) of any kind arising out of: (i) Your access to or use of the AstroHeal App, Readings or Content; (ii) any breach by You of Your obligations and/or restrictions under these Terms; (iii) Your violation of the rights of any third party, including any infringement of intellectual property, or of any privacy or consumer protection right; (iv) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (v) Your negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated/revised by Us from time to time without any notice to You. Changes will be effective upon posting in the AstroHeal App. If You continue to use the AstroHeal App after any such updates/revision, it shall be construed as an acceptance of the modified Terms by You.

Survival of Obligations

Certain provisions of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall survive termination of Your account.
